A $500 deposit is held (not charged) on your card when you book. It's automatically released 48 hours after you return the bag in good condition. If there's damage, the owner can file a claim and we'll review it fairly.

Our compatibility checker shows only bags that fit your bike specs. If a bag doesn't fit at pickup (which is rare), you get a full refund immediately and we'll help you find an alternative.

Prices vary by bag type and condition, typically $70-140/week. You pay the rental fee upfront, plus a $500 deposit that's held (not charged) until return. The deposit is released automatically 48 hours after return.

If an owner cancels more than 7 days before your trip, you get a full refund and we'll help you find an alternative bag. If they cancel within 7 days, you get a full refund plus a $100 credit.

Yes. All payments go through Stripe, the same secure payment processor used by Airbnb and other major platforms. We never see your card details, and deposits are held securely until release.

Each rental includes the bike bag itself plus any accessories the owner has listed (wheel bags, frame protection, etc.). The listing page shows exactly what you get. You handle pickup and return with the owner directly.

You arrange pickup and return directly with the owner. Most owners offer flexible times. Check the listing for delivery options - some owners offer delivery within a radius for an additional fee.
